Zohar, a 35 year old lady now, when was young; lost her everything in one tragic incident, and was left to face the nightmare loneliness. This is the story of a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD) survivor, who transcends for post traumatic growth through the medicine of love.

How often does one remind oneself that, one is loved? Of the elements that contribute to the practice of an unwholesome living, the feeling of not being loved is the one. Knowing and believing that you are loved is the foundation of mind, body and spirit, wellness.

When one realizes that they are being truly valued and loved, it becomes their existential truth.
