Youth is the most powerful equipment that a nation owns. When the youth realizes its potential, change is certainly possible. Sitting with the young generation, listening to them and answering their questions made me realize that, in their consciousness or subconscious, they are struck by identity crisis and are thirsty for the knowledge, wisdom and light of the Quran.
At the present moment, we are unaware of the methodology of approach that should be taken to understand our religion. Islam is a religion of perfect balance between worship and ethical values achievable by all human beings.

First and foremost, we should experience the beauty of the Divine speech- the Quran. Once this beauty sets it the heart, then it is impossible to function our daily life without the implementation of the teaching of Quran. To help the youth to open, read and understand the Quran with a sense of ownership is my motivation to pen down this book, as Iqbal profoundly says;

خدایا آرزو میری یہی ہے
میرا نور بصیرت عام کر دے

The title of the book is " صِبۡغَةَ اللّٰهِ- The shade of truth". The tittle is inspired by an ayah of Surah Baqarah (2:138) and a hadith (Hadith 25, 40 Hadith Qudsi). The references for this book are: Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir As' Sa'di, Ma'ariful Quran, Tafheem ul Quran.
