A very well written book. It very aptly depicts human emotions those late night thoughts. I would be recommending it to everyone who is in habit of reading a book to sleep. Great work. Thumbs up to the author.

"The Irrevocable Thoughts" by Yumna Ahad is a poetry collection from a young poetess. It is just a 53 page book but with the deep thoughts and truly Irrevocable in true sense of words. I was looking for something soothing to read when I grabbed this book. It has taken me in its spell just right in the beginning with the poems entitled "Nothing" & "Stories." Ms Yumna has really created some gems in this short collection for the poetry lovers. This is a book that can lift your spirit and thoughts to their best level and surely make them Irrevocable & Irreversible at the end.

I would like to rate the book with 4 stars just because I felt it should contain some more poetical gems in it from this young poetess. It's a kind of book you would love to keep and read again. Highly recommended to all the poetry lovers to give it a read if you are looking for a quality poetry. Ms Yumna's debut collection is really commendable as the poetess to mark her presence in the world of poetry. A good read to be enjoyed thoroughly during this winter season with a cup of coffee!

I loved the concept of “The Irrevocable Thoughts”. The author has so beautifully written down the thoughts which are so deep yet so precise with a great choice of words. I think every reader can very well relate to the thoughts, all of us have been there. At certain points I thought it directly addressed me. This is not a book you would read just once, it is something you will refer to again and again in your life. Looking forward to read more from her.

Simple yet powerful meaningful words. The choice of topics centre mostly about self, but that doesn’t make the words or thoughts selfish. They are simply acknowledgements of realities we all ignore about ourselves. A decent effort!

Yumna Ahad has a way of making ordinary thoughts sound exclusive. The form of poetry she does is very interesting, easy to grasp and with a lesson in each one of them. Definitely going to recommend this book to my friends!
