Maham Shah is a graduate in Sociology and Socio-cultural Studies and is fascinated by the human ability to survive despite the worst of odds. She pursues English Literature and Performing Arts side by side with her other interests. For her, writing in a fixed way inhibits the willingness to express herself freely. She tries to deviate from the traditional constraints and breaks the norm to facilitate her purpose to write. Stream of consciousness is how she usually prefers to write and loves to capture social identities and issues in her work.
